Hello and Welcome to DreamScape I & II Islands!

When buying land on DreamScape you will be the owner of the land. You do not need to have a Second Life premium account to own land here. You save premium costs per month of $9.95 USD by owning land here!

This is a beautiful and tranquil island. We love to keep it that way. It is one of the most unique islands on Second Life.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The Estate Owner or the parcel owner is selling the land on this estate.

Please contact Venus Expedition or Indigo Perway for sales details or if you have questions regarding this parcel.

Upon resale of your land, you must make sure the new owner complies with the covenant in its entirety.

Land Tier Fees will be applied to each parcel on DreamScape.

*Single Parcel Purchase*
Tier Fees are always rounded off to the next highest level. Tiers are paid per parcel, and cannot be combined if you own more than one parcel purchased at different times.

*Multiple Parcel Purchase*
If you are purchasing more than one parcel at the same time you may combine the tier payments adding each parcel tier cost together. You will need to contact Venus Expedition to set you up a special tier subscription button that will combine the tier costs of the parcels you are purchasing. You will only have to pay one PayPal processing charge in this instance.You will need to setup a PayPal subscription that accommodates the amount of land you own. Subscriptions are in USD $.

This is private residential land and the tier is not set up and parcels combined like Linden mainland. You save from having to become a SL member by living here.

A $2.00 USD PayPal processing charge will accompany all Tiers.

It is the purchaser’s responsibility to make sure they are subscribed to the correct tier. It is the seller’s responsibility to cancel their PayPal subscription before the next payment is drafted if the land has sold or reclaimed.


!! You must set up tier within 2 hours of purchasing the land !!

Once payments and subscription are confirmed the parcel will be released to you. Under no circumstances is anything to be placed on any parcel until payment in full is made and PayPal subscription has been verified. Anything placed on parcel prior to this could be returned.

PAYPAL FAILURE OR CANCELLATION OF SUBSCRIPTION

If you fail to pay tier payment (PayPal subscription failure) you will get one warning with a time to have tier paid. PayPal will always try twice. If tier is not paid by that time, your land will be reclaimed. We will try to be as fair as possible, but please understand, we must pay tier to Lindens, and we do need tier to be paid on time. Cancellation of tier fee subscription with no notification of the estate owner is an act of abandonment of land and result in your land being reclaimed with no refund.

BUILDING CODE:

Your building(s) must meet with our building codes:

· Land owners may not sublet or use their property for rental whatsoever.
· This is a tropical island. Your building needs to fit in with the ambiance here. (example: A Gothic Vampire Castle might not be ideal) No major eyesores please! Tastes are different but who wants to live next to a hideously ugly or strange house? This is a beautiful island!
· No high-rise structures. Max building height is 1.5 times distance of prim from parcel border. Buildings must have adequate distance from parcel border. If a house is too large for the parcel, you may be asked to remove it and put a house with the proper dimensions for that parcel.
· No malls, no store rentals, no commercial ventures unless approved previously
· No clubs
· No sandboxes
· No flying structures below 250m altitude
· No obstructive signs, billboards or large rotating prims, (example: tall rotating red and white FOR SALE sign)
· Skyboxes are a problem if placed below 700 meters.
· No use of giant prims.

OBJECT CODE:

· No spy scripts
· No vendors
· No scripts that transmit data directly or indirectly to external databases unless explicitly permitted by sim management
· No large moving/rotating texture scripts without approval
· No high lag scripts with lots of listeners etc If your scripts become a lag problem, we will ask you to remove them or we may have to turn them off.
· All of your objects must remain within your parcel property lines. If you place objects on land owned by others, you may be in jeopardy of someone deleting or returning your items. If your objects are placed on DreamScape common land, they will be returned to you. Please check your property lines carefully to avoid losing your objects. If your items are missing from land, first check your Lost and Found folder.

The above is for your protection and others, as well as to keep the island as lag free as possible.

We want all residents to enjoy their home, receive their guests and generally have a nice, fun and peaceful time.

ACCESS and SECURITY

The island must be accessible to others wanting fly, boat and swim etc.

There are no red ban access barriers allowed on DreamScape Islands!

Do not use the LAND CONTROL ACCESS TAB. This will cause an invisible barrier to come up around your parcel and cause others that live around you to bounce off of it. This is visible to others even if inside their own homes if nearby. If you are having problems with a specific person remember you can ban just that person, and eject them from your land and if there is any other trouble notify us and we will be happy to take care of the situation and even ban them from the island if warranted. All airways and waterways must remain unobstructed by ban lines.

· Security scripts allowed only if:
(a) they do not hinder access to other parcels in the sim and
(b) if they give visitors ample warning (60 seconds at least) time to leave the parcel before being ejected out.

LAND SCAPING, TERRAFORMING AND SUBDIVIDING:

If you would like we can landscape your property for a donation to the islands. We will place our own plants and can create any type environment you may wish upon the land. We can use our landscaping objects, or you may provide your own if we have permissions to move your objects.

To preserve a consistent landscape, terraforming is subject to approval by sim Management. Terraforming feature is turned off. No skirting of the terraforming limits by creating fake landscapes with prims.

Land subdividing and joining is not allowed unless approved and performed by Estate Owner or Manager.

Please contact Indigo Perway if you need land terraformed. He will be happy to discuss it with you and set up an appointment time to evaluate what you want done. Donations accepted from Indigo Perway for his time and expertise in making your land perfect for you.

MANAGEMENT:

No renter or landowner on DreamScape Islands may ban/deny access to their island concierges, managers, island security and owner. We will thoroughly respect the privacy of our tenants and have agreed to not take advantage of this term; however it is necessary for the smooth operations of the Sims. We will only enter when there is a call for one of us to do so. Allowing us this will also help as we easily move from one region to the next on the Sim, this is hard to do so when we are constantly bumping into protected zones.

Additionally you may not block open waterways connected to common water with ban lines. All residents must be free to move about in the waterways.
